This is a two day competition - players must play both days. Any player not turning up on the first day will be disqualified and will not be allowed to play the second day.

Entry Fee: £7.00 for both days, £1.00 each day for twos pool (optional)

Maximum Handicap        28(maximum playing handicap 20)

Stroke Allowance             Full (maximum 20 shots)

Prize Distribution and Value

Team Prize: aggregate of 10 best net scores from each club to decide the winner.

In the event of one day only being completed, scores from that day will count as the result.  If both days are washed out the result for the year will be null and void and the fee will be reduced by 1/3rd.

Momentos are given to the Mayor and to both Club Captains as well as the team members.

In addition to any prize awarded, The Fairclough Trophy is awarded to the best 36 hole net score from a Chorley player.  (No prize value attaches to this).

Twos get golf balls.  Hole in one gets 25% of pool.
